I am owner and operator and provide a the service of massage of various techniques, including Reflexology and Reiki, AIS, Sports, acupressure, Swedish style. I combine a lot of these techniques when I do my massage session.
My intention is to help you relax and I deal with muscular tension and stress of various causes, including sport injuries, workouts, illnesses and chronic disorders.
I believe stress is part of our everyday life some are actually good and we need them in our life. It’s what keeps us going.
However, When stress becomes burnout or illness related you have pushed too far. Pleasurable activities can become difficult if you’re in pain or discomfort. Don’t deprive yourself of the things you love to do.
